PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR MAKING A PURCHASE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site or make a purchase.
Beauty Republica Ltd is the owner and operator of www.leayah.co.uk, Beauty Republica Ltd. is the sole UK distributor of Leayah products.
Shipping Information
Unless otherwise stated or requested, all orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via Royal Mail or our dedicated courier.
UK Orders
All UK orders received before 12noon on a working day will be
dispatched the same day and should be received within 1-14 working
days, excluding public holidays.
European and International orders
All European and International orders will be shipped either by Royal
Mail or our dedicated courier and depending on actual location, shipment and weight should be received within 30 days though most customers receive them a lot sooner based on the services of third party logistic carriers.
Should you have questions, restrictions, or special requests
regarding the shipment of your order, then please contact the Beauty

7-Days Returns Policy
Our 7-day return policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy
with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition
within 7 days of the date you receive the item, the goods should be unopened (with any
seals and shrink-wrap still intact) and completely unused, upon receipt of your returned item Beauty Republica will issue a full refund for the
price you paid for the item excluding and shipping/delivery charges. Due to the nature of cosmetics products and in the interest of
hygiene we cannot accept the return of opened items and if they are found
to be faulty by Beauty Republica and have been returned to Beauty Republica then the item we be returned the customer and not refunded. We are unable to exchange items that
are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

You can contact the Beauty Republica Customer Service Department between
10:00am-5:00pm to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA
No.) before sending your product back to us. This will expedite and
help ensure the proper action or credit/exchange upon processing. In order to expedite a return, please have the following information
on hand when requesting a RMA No.: original invoice number, reason for return,
action to take (replacement/exchange/return/credit) and whether the
product has been used or is manufacturer sealed. Please return all products 100% complete including all original
boxes with a copy of your invoice and packing materials. RMA No.
approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being
100% complete. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to Beauty Republica
distribution office for all products being shipped for return, exchange
or replacement. Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped by
Beauty Republica to the Customer at Beauty Republicas expense, using
the same shipping method as used originally by Beauty Republica for the
initial shipment of product/merchandise.
The Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to
products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. The
Customer may opt to insure, recorded or register the return shipment in
case of loss or damage at their own cost. Please use a carrier that is able to provide
you with proof of delivery such as Royal Mail or courier company. This
is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.

Please mark the package clearly on the top left hand corner with the
provided RMA No. issued by the Beauty Republica representative.
Replacements/exchanges/returns/credits will not be accepted or
processed without a valid RMA No.
RMA Nos. will only be issued within 7 days of purchase.
Damaged Deliveries
Each package will have a TAMPER LABEL on the reverse at the seal
of the item. If you receive your package damaged or the item with the
Tamper Label broken or removed then please refuse the products upon
original delivery attempt and ask the delivery person to return the
item to sender.
If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage
should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the
product, the original box and packaging. Please Beauty Republica
immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of
damaged products.

this information is necessary for Beauty Republica to file a damage

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Beauty Republica product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Beauty Republica reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Beauty Republica reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Beauty Republica shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Beauty Republica without notice at any time, for any reason.
